About Ashley

Ashley McMann, LPC

Owner and Therapist

Taking that first step towards embarking on your healing journey, is a huge step in and of its own. Often met next with mixed feelings of confusion, excitement, intimidation and overwhelm searching for the best fit in a Therapist. My hope is to help remove some of that stress by providing an empathetic and supportive space, free of judgement, in which my clients feel safe to speak freely and feel heard. It is within this space, through collaboration and trust, that my clients are able to develop a deeper understanding of their truest selves in order to make the necessary changes for continued growth and healing.

My approach to therapy is an eclectic one, customizing each client's treatment to fit their specific goals and needs. By default, I lean towards a more direct approach with CBT or EMDR. I recently started interweaving Somatic Therapy into my approach as well.  I am adaptive and able to meet my clients where they are in order to provide the most effective and beneficial therapy services for each client.
